African Divers Nuweiba, located in the Swisscare Resort Hotel, is your first choice diving centre in Nuweiba, Egypt.

The centre is owned and run by Daniel and Sarah Pikarski, a German and English couple, who aim to make every guests diving experience, and holiday in Nuweiba, both wonderful and unique. We aim to provide for you the type of diving that you are interested in, and show you the underwater creatures that most interest you. Diving with us means diving in small groups on one of our 26 pristine dive sites, to search for all of the rare and spectacular that the Red Sea has to offer. See Ghost Pipefish, Spanish Dancers, Frog Fish and even Mimic Octopus, all without seeing other divers in the water.

Nuweiba is a paradise for macro photography, with many award winning underwater photographs taken here. Our sharp eyed dive guides make underwater photography a dream, by showing you all the creatures you want to photograph.

We are a PADI 5-star Gold Palm Resort and TDI Dive Centre, so can offer you the full range of diving courses from recreational through to technical. Nuweiba’s calm and beautiful water is the perfect place to learn to dive or continue your diving education!

Services

Come and join us for our daily diving trips, or join one of our PADI and TDI courses from entry level recreation diving up to Advanced Trimix technical diving. All recreational and technical diving equipment is available to rent. All mixes of nitrox, trimix and heliox are available from our well stocked filling station. We can book hotel or camp accommodation in Nuweiba, as well as arrange your airport transfers. For all diving guests there is a free pick up and drop off service from all hotels and camps in the Nuweiba area. We can book all desert excursions into the beautiful Sinai Mountains.

Skills

Our highly trained staff have years of experience working in the Red Sea, and are experts on all the Nuweiba dive sites. Dive briefings and courses can be conducted in English, German, French and Arabic. Our staff are all PADI divemasters and instructors and some staff members are also TDI technical instructors. All staff are first aid trained, and trained in the provision of emergency oxygen.

Education & Diving Standards

We are a PADI 5-star Gold Palm Resort and TDI Dive Centre, so can offer you the full range of diving courses from recreational through to technical. We offer all PADI courses to take you from your very first breath under water, up to assistant instructor, and all Technical Diving courses from Advanced Nitrox to Advanced Trimix. We also teach all Emergency First Response courses, as well as Oxygen Provider courses. CMAS courses are also available on request. Nuweiba’s calm and beautiful water is the perfect place to learn to dive or continue your diving education.

We are a CDWS diving centre, and ISO certified. With all 5 and 10-day dive packages, we now offer free unlimited buddy team diving on our House Reef in the Swisscare Hotel!
